Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.

Contracted with an Industry Competitor: If the lead states they are contracted with an industry competitor, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. Clients must provide the company name.

Out of Area Lead: If the client receives a lead out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit.

Lead Submission Review: Unqualified Leads must be submitted individually through the form by 5 PM Central Standard Time on the 14th and 28th of each month to be reviewed for replacement by our team.

When Will Leads Be Credited? Leads will be credited after you've hit your lead cap on the order requested and replaced the following week after approval.

Will unresponsive leads be credited? No. However, our team will reengage them for you.
